I am a computer science graduate with a master’s degree, specializing in UX/UI and frontend development. For the past 5 years I have been focusing on designing and building user-friendly, functional web applications. Although I started my journey with C++, I quickly discovered that that my real passion lies in creating intuitive interfaces and seamless user experiences.
I love combining design and coding - it gives me a better understanding of the limitations and capabilities of the product. I find myself well at both creating UI and implementing it in code (React, Next.js, HTML/CSS/JS). I also enjoy the research and testing stage - among other things, I ran A/B tests on a large group for my master's thesis, which gave me valuable hands-on experience in research and user testing.
I focus on accuracy, aesthetics and usability in my projects. I always start with an analysis of user needs - I know how frustrating poorly designed applications can be, so I try to design ones that make everyday life realistically easier.
In the team, I often take the initiative, but most of all I care about good atmosphere, communication and reliability. I like to be in control of my work, so I also feel good in solo projects - then I can get into the creative flow fully.
I love taking care of my plants, going on bike rides, and unwinding with anime or movies, usually with a good cup of coffee or tea by my side. I collect unique potted specimens, love cats and have an interest in astronomy. I used to write fantasy stories, and now I mostly enjoy reading them. I also like picking up new hobbies - most recently, baking.
